1. Find the offerSearch for “Teams Governor” on Microsoft Marketplace or in the Azure portal.
2. Choose a planSelect the plan that fits the number of users in your organization, then subscribe.
3. Set up your accountClick “Configure account”: you come back to this portal to activate your subscription.
